Introduction

FactFinder is going all-in on AI. Not as a buzzword—as a competitive advantage. We're implementing AI across every function: Sales uses it for deal prep, Marketing for content and campaigns, CSM for customer insights, Product for roadmap prioritization, and beyond. But adoption doesn't happen by accident. It requires training, enablement, experimentation, measurement, and a relentless focus on making AI useful for real work.
That's where you come in. As our AI Adoption & Implementation Working Student, you're not just supporting an initiative—you're driving the transformation. You'll work directly with Istvan Laszloffy (CEO) and cross-functional leaders to turn FactFinder into an AI-native company. You'll be part evangelist, part teacher, part data analyst, and part product manager.

Get hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Whisper, custom GPTs, etc.)
Build a portfolio of AI transformation work that sets you apart in the job market
Work at the intersection of technology, change management, and business strategy

Your mission

AI Training & Enablement (35%)
- Design and deliver workshops, lunch-and-learns, and async training on AI tools (Notion AI, ChatGPT, voice transcription, automation)
- Create use-case libraries and playbooks for each department (Sales, CSM, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR)
- Build a "best practices" knowledge base with prompts, workflows, and examples
- Host weekly office hours where teams can ask questions and troubleshoot AI challenges
- Onboard new hires to FactFinder's AI-first culture and toolset
AI Use Case Discovery & Implementation (30%)
- Work with department leads to identify high-impact AI opportunities (e.g., "How can CSM use AI to summarize customer calls?")
- Research and pilot new AI tools and integrations (e.g., Zapier AI, Make, custom GPT actions)
- Document ROI and time savings from AI adoption across teams
- Build lightweight automations and AI workflows (no coding required—mostly no-code/low-code tools)
- Continuously experiment with emerging AI capabilities and share learnings
Adoption Measurement & Optimization (20%)
- Track AI adoption metrics across departments (usage rates, sentiment, time saved, quality improvements)
- Survey teams to understand barriers to adoption and iterate on enablement approach
- Create dashboards and reports to show leadership the business impact of AI investments
- Run A/B tests on different training methods and enablement strategies
Content Creation & Internal Marketing (15%)
- Write internal newsletters, Slack/Teams posts, and case studies showcasing AI wins
- Create video tutorials, screen recordings, and quick-start guides
- Evangelize AI adoption through storytelling—make it exciting, not intimidating
- Capture and share "AI success stories" from across the organization

Your profile

Must-haves:
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Psychology, Communications, or related)
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.)—you're an active user and enthusiast
- Strong communication and teaching skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Curious and experimental mindset—you love testing new tools and figuring out how things work
- Empathetic and patient—you understand change is hard and you meet people where they are
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and how software systems connect
- Background in change management, instructional design, or adult learning
- Familiarity with SaaS tools, productivity systems, and knowledge management
- Experience creating training materials, documentation, or educational content

Deine Aufgaben

AI-Training & Enablement (35 %)
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops, Lunch & Learns und asynchronen Trainings zu AI-Tools (z. B. Notion AI, ChatGPT, Sprachtranskription, Automatisierungen)
- Aufbau von Use-Case-Bibliotheken und Playbooks für alle Bereiche
  (Sales, CSM, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR)
- Erstellung einer Best-Practice-Knowledge-Base mit Prompts, Workflows und Beispielen
- Durchführung wöchentlicher Office Hours, in denen Teams Fragen stellen und Herausforderungen lösen können
- Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender in unsere AI-first-Kultur und Tool-Landschaft
AI-Use-Case-Identifikation & Implementierung (30 %)
- Zusammenarbeit mit Bereichsleiter:innen zur Identifikation von High-Impact-AI-Anwendungsfällen
  (z. B. „Wie kann CSM KI zur Zusammenfassung von Kundencalls nutzen?“)
- Recherche und Pilotierung neuer AI-Tools und Integrationen
  (z. B. Zapier AI, Make, Custom GPT Actions)
- Dokumentation von ROI, Zeitersparnis und Qualitätsgewinnen durch KI-Nutzung
- Aufbau einfacher Automatisierungen und AI-Workflows (No-Code / Low-Code – kein Programmieren nötig)
- Kontinuierliches Experimentieren mit neuen AI-Fähigkeiten und Teilen der Learnings
Adoption-Messung & Optimierung (20 %)
- Tracking von AI-Adoption-KPIs über alle Bereiche hinweg
  (Nutzungsraten, Stimmungsbild, Zeitersparnis, Qualitätsverbesserungen)
- Durchführung von Umfragen, um Adoptionshürden zu identifizieren und Enablement zu verbessern
- Erstellung von Dashboards und Reports für das Leadership-Team
- A/B-Tests verschiedener Trainings- und Enablement-Ansätze
Content & internes Marketing (15 %)
- Verfassen interner Newsletter, Slack-/Teams-Posts und Case Studies zu erfolgreichen AI-Anwendungen
- Erstellung von Video-Tutorials, Screen Recordings und Quick-Start-Guides
- Aktives Evangelisieren von KI-Adoption durch Storytelling – motivierend statt abschreckend

Dein Profil

Must-haves
- Aktuell eingeschrieben in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium
  (z. B. BWL, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Psychologie, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+)
- Hands-on-Erfahrung mit generativen AI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) – du nutzt sie aktiv und mit Begeisterung
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Vermittlungsfähigkeiten – du erklärst technische Konzepte verständlich für Nicht-Techniker:innen
