Your mission
As an Account Executive, you'll drive revenue growth by managing a diversified pipeline across both Mid-Market and Enterprise eCommerce customers—from fast-moving Director-level buyers to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise committees. You'll identify which segment each opportunity represents early and activate different sales skills, processes, and timelines accordingly.
You'll research prospects, adapt sales strategies to meet their needs, and navigate B2B SaaS sales cycles with confidence. You understand AI-powered product discovery, know how FactFinder benefits each prospect, and serve as the front line of our revenue growth across B2B and B2C eCommerce segments.

What you'll do:
- Manage and grow a mixed sales pipeline of Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Strategically prospect into key accounts and verticals across eCommerce (retail, B2B wholesale, fashion, sports, DIY, specialty retail)
- Conduct discovery calls to identify customer pain points related to site search, product discovery, zero search results, personalization, and merchandising challenges
- Build compelling product demonstrations showcasing FactFinder's AI-powered search, personalization, recommendations, and merchandising capabilities
- Communicate transparently both internally and externally throughout the sales cycle
- Turn inbound and outbound leads into satisfied FactFinder customers
- Collaborate across teams (marketing, customer success, solution engineering, partnerships) to better focus customer-facing efforts
- Support FactFinder's regional partner activity (system integrators and eCommerce platform partners)
- Support regional marketing activity (events, conferences, webinars)
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas consistently
