Your mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for new business opportunities. Your mission: generate qualified leads and build pipeline for our Account Executives by converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and sourcing new prospects through outbound activities.
This is a launchpad for fast career growth—top performers transition into Account Executive roles, taking on full sales cycle responsibility and significantly increasing earning potential.

What you'll do: 
  • Generate new business leads by following up on MQLs and converting them to SQLs
  • Proactively source and qualify prospects through high-volume outbound activities (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Cold call potential customers and build relationships with eCommerce decision-makers
  • Research target accounts in verticals like fashion, retail, B2B wholesale, sports, DIY
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to refine lead generation strategies
  • Attend industry events to generate leads and expand your network


Your profile
  • 3–4 years in business development, sales development, or inside sales (SaaS, tech, or eCommerce preferred)
  • Proven ability to hit activity and conversion targets
  • Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools
  • Excellent communication in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Resilient, driven, and passionate about building relationships and hitting targets
