Your mission
As Director Demand Generation, you'll build and scale our demand gen engine across five channels: Outbound, Inbound, Organic, Webinar, and Event. You'll own pipeline targets for our mid-market business and work closely with our AEs to drive qualified opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to combine traditional demand gen excellence with modern AI automation. You understand what drives pipeline growth—compelling campaigns, smart targeting, rigorous measurement—and you know how to use AI tools to amplify that work. You'll start hands-on, running campaigns and learning what works. Then you'll systematically automate the routine work using AI agents, freeing yourself to focus on strategy and optimization. Think of it as building a demand gen function that punches above its weight.

What you'll do: - Own end-to-end demand generation across Outbound, Inbound, Organic, Webinar, and Event channels
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting mid-market eCommerce decision-makers
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline; achieve quarterly targets for MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline generation
- Work closely with AEs to optimize lead handoff, conversion rates, and closed-won quality
- Deploy AI agents and automation tools to handle routine tasks and scale your impact
- Select and integrate marketing tools (CRM, automation platforms, AI agents, analytics)
- Track and report on performance metrics: pipeline health, cost per opportunity, conversion rates, channel ROI
- Provide market feedback on messaging, positioning, and campaign performance
- Build scalable processes and playbooks as the function grows
