In this role, you will be responsible for enabling our prospects to understand how our solution uniquely meets their needs and delivers key business value for them. As a critical part of the sales organisation, you will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding our prospects and customers complex requirements and pain points
- Designing and presenting a compelling solution to meet these needs
- Position the benefits and value of our solutions to both business and technical audiences in order that they understand how and where we can uniquely address their needs and deliver value.
- Create and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations as part of the customer engagement process
- Have a good working knowledge of the search, merchandising and personalisation market to best position our offering against other vendors solutions.
- Responding to functional and technical aspects of RFI/RFP
