Your mission
- Research accounts and prospects in depth, identifying pain points, digital commerce strategies, and decision-maker objectives to craft an effective outreach and engagement plan in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Develop new relationships through email, LinkedIn, phone, and video outreach to secure meetings with senior decision-makers at companies that could benefit from FactFinder’s AI-powered product discovery solutions.
- Assess prospect needs by identifying challenges in product search and navigation, explaining how FactFinder enhances e-commerce experiences, and qualifying/disqualifying leads during discovery calls before passing them to the Account Executive.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline by identifying high-potential opportunities.
- Organize and document interactions, take structured notes, create compelling presentation decks, gather, and update contact information, and nurture relationships post-opportunity, using the MEDDIC framework.
- Leverage sales tools & CRM systems to track and manage your pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and their businesses.
